NEED TO CANCEL?
What You Need to Know
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, you will forfeit your deposit paid on booking. By booking online, you agree to this condition.

RUNNING LATE?
Be Considerate
Our evening appointments are limited. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to squeeze you in as perfection takes time and we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily.
